User Data Deletion Instructions

Request deletion from Aemeath Digital

1. Email [email protected] with the subject “User Data Deletion Request.”
2. Send the request from the email address associated with your account. If you used Facebook Login, include that fact and, if available, the name or user ID associated with your Facebook-connected account. Do not send your Facebook password or access token.
3. We may ask for limited additional information to verify that you control the account and to protect your data from unauthorized deletion.
4. After verification, we will delete or de-identify personal information associated with your account, including information received through Facebook, unless retention is required or permitted by law. We will confirm completion by email. Information in backups may remain temporarily until the backups are overwritten through our normal retention cycle.

Remove access through Facebook

You can also remove the app's access from Facebook:

1. Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy, then Settings.
2. Select Apps and Websites.
3. Select the relevant NovelClove or Aemeath Digital app, then choose Remove.

Removing the app stops future access but may not by itself delete information already stored by us. To ensure deletion from our systems, also submit the email request described above.

What we may retain

We may retain limited information when necessary to comply with law, prevent fraud or abuse, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or maintain security. Any retained information will be limited to those purposes and kept only as long as necessary.
